Our teachers, teaching assistants and non-teaching staff are the backbone of Long Lane. Each one is dedicated to providing the best academic and wellbeing support for each pupil, no matter their starting points, to take them to their full potential. Our team of highly qualified and professional staff have a wealth of experience (many with experience in other careers also) work extremely hard and are able to provide a level of care that is consistent to our values, vision and principles.

Amongst us are Scientists, Musicians, Mathematicians, Athletes, Project Managers, Behaviour Specialists, SENDCOs, Coaches, Social Workers and much more. We use our expertise to support each other to develop an incredibly flexible curriculum for our pupils that supports a continuous play philosophy, a therapeutic approach, coaching approaches and a focus on wellbeing to enhance performance.
