Our teachers and teaching assistants are the backbone of Long Lane. Each one dedicated to provide the best academic and wellbeing support for each pupil, no matter their starting points, to take them to their full potential. Our team of highly qualified and professional staff have a wealth of experience (many with experience in other careers also) work extremely hard and are able to provide a level of care that is consistent to our values, vision and principles. Amongst us are Scientists, Musicians, Mathematicians, Athletes, Project managers, Behaviour specialists, SENDCo's, coaches, Social Workers and much more. We use are expertise to support each other to develop an incredibly flexible curriculum for our pupils that supports a continuous play philosophy, a therapeutic approach, coaching approaches and a focus on wellbeing to enhance performance.

Meet the Teacher Presentations
We hold Meet the Teacher meetings in person in the Summer term to support transition moving to the next class. New entrants will have a New Entrants meeting in June New Starter Information.
Parents are invited to attend the classes that their child will be going into in the September and will be presented with specific class and whole school procedures.
